Our mission is clear: help African payment institutions build trust into every transaction by making the right tools available and affordable, for startups and established businesses alike. Every platform, regardless of size, deserves world-class fraud, identity, and risk technology.
As a subsidiary of Lyrisoft Technologies Limited, we've witnessed firsthand the devastating impact of fraud on African businesses. From startups losing their entire runway to established platforms struggling with sophisticated fraud rings, we knew something had to change.
That's why we built MaiGuard. What began as real-time fraud detection has grown into a full trust layer for African payment institutions: fraud scoring, identity verification, AI-led investigations, case management, and an agentic intelligence layer, all on one platform. Powerful enough for enterprises, yet accessible to early-stage startups, and built around the local context, from mobile money to BVN and NIN and the fraud patterns unique to our markets.
We run our own operations on it every day. By making this trust infrastructure available at prices that make sense for African businesses, we're helping build a safer, more trustworthy digital economy for everyone.
